01. The trust problem
Your clients trust you more
than their doctors.

They see you 2–3 times per week. They tell you about their sleep, their stress, their hormones, their injuries. They ask questions they'd never ask their GP.

This is a privilege. It's also a responsibility most fitness education completely ignores.

You learned the exercises. You learned the cues. But did you learn:

  • Why inflammation drives 80% of chronic disease?
  • How cortisol affects fat storage and muscle recovery?
  • What actually happens during menopause, and what to modify?
  • When back pain is mechanical vs. neurological?
  • Why your client's "plateau" might be a thyroid issue?

"Your clients are asking bigger questions. Are you equipped to answer them?"

They trust you with their bodies. They trust you with their health. Increasingly, they trust you with their longevity.

02. The knowledge crisis
The fitness industry runs on recycled myths.
What clients already believe
  • "Eat less, move more."
  • "No pain, no gain."
  • "Detox your body."
  • "Spot reduce fat."
  • "Low-fat is healthy."

These aren't just outdated. They're what your clients see on TikTok, read in headlines, hear from friends. They come to you already misinformed.

The real science of longevity
  • Muscle is a longevity organ, not just aesthetic
  • Chronic inflammation drives most disease
  • Sleep affects fat loss more than diet
  • Perimenopause changes how you train — permanently
  • Dopamine, cortisol and insulin shape behavior and body composition

This science is trapped in journals. Written for researchers. Inaccessible to practitioners. Until now.

03. Why longevity
Longevity isn't a trend. It's the science
of living better, longer.
  • Muscle mass predicts healthspan more than almost any other factor
  • Sleep quality directly affects cellular aging
  • Chronic inflammation accelerates decline, and can be managed
  • Movement patterns protect (or destroy) joints over decades
  • Hormones shape energy, mood and metabolism across every life stage

These aren't abstract findings locked in journals. These are tools you can apply: to your own body, and to every client you work with.

That's why longevity is in our name. It's not a buzzword. It's the outcome.

04. The gap — and the solution
Movement mastery and health science
are different expertises.

The best Pilates instructor in the world knows movement: cueing, sequencing, flow, energy. That's their genius. But they're not biochemists. They're not sleep scientists.

University programs teach theory disconnected from practice. Weekend certifications teach exercises without the underlying science.

The problem: no one's been teaching this to practitioners.

SGS exists to close that gap

We built the world's first academic degree that fuses:

  • Real health science — taught by MDs, PhDs, and biochemists. Living curriculum, kept current. Every claim referenced.
  • World-class movement education — from the Master Instructors you already follow. Not hired teachers. The actual leaders.
  • Practical application — 100+ hours of real teaching with peer feedback. Real practice, real growth, real confidence.

One curriculum. Two faculties. A Master's degree that doesn't exist anywhere else.

This isn't information.
It's formation.

Before you can guide others, you have to understand your own body. That's why every SGS student completes documented self-practice — not just teaching, but being in the work.

You don't just learn about sleep science. You optimize your own sleep and document what changes. You don't just study hormones. You understand your own cycles and patterns.

  • You don't just read about stress. You develop practices that work for you.
  • By graduation, you haven't just studied health. You've transformed your own.
  • The best practitioners don't just know the material. They've lived it.
05. Why this credential means something
In an age of infinite certificates,
standards are the new scarcity.

Anyone can buy a course. Anyone can claim a title. Anyone can have AI write their content.

Not what you know. AI knows everything. Not how much you watched. Videos are infinite. Not the certificate. They're printed by the million.

What makes a credential valuable now
  • Who let you in. Cohorts are capped. Not everyone is admitted.
  • Who taught you. Master Instructors chose to be here.
  • What you can demonstrate. A portfolio of real classes, real work.
  • Who vouches for you. Mentors who've watched you grow over 12 months.
  • What you became. Identity, not just information.

Not everyone is admitted. Not everyone graduates. That's what makes the credential worth something.

This is education
that changes you first.

07. How you'll learn
No lectures. No exams. No thesis.

SGS uses the ATLAS formation method, designed for working adults who learn by doing, not sitting.

01
Micro-Learning Units
Bite-sized science modules (10–20 min) you complete at your own pace. Watch on your commute. Study between clients. No 3-hour lecture blocks.
02
Peer Practice
Every week, you practice with fellow students — online or in-person, wherever you are. Real cueing. Real feedback. Real growth.
This is what other courses skip. This is why their graduates freeze in front of clients.
03
Master Instructor Q&As
Live sessions with your chosen instructor. Ask questions. Watch them problem-solve. Hear how they think, not just what they do.
04
Bi-weekly Mentorship
Every two weeks, a 1:1 session with faculty. Review your progress. Get feedback on your teaching. Adjust your path.
05
Formation Portfolio
No final exam. You build a portfolio of real work: recorded classes, client sessions, playlists, educational content. By graduation, you have proof, not just a certificate.
08. The faculty
Learn from the leaders of movement
& longevity.

Most courses give you one voice: either a researcher who's never coached, or a coach who can't cite a paper. We give you both. By design.

Medical Board
MDs. PhDs. Biochemists. Your foundation isn't built on Instagram trends. It's built by a Swiss faculty of physicians, researchers and biochemists who write the curriculum, vet the evidence, and update the science weekly. Every claim referenced. Every protocol time-stamped.
Master Instructors
The voices you already trust. Choose the movement educator whose style you want to embody: Pilates, Yoga, Strength, Barre, Lagree, or specialized tracks in Women's Health, Longevity, Biohacking and Aesthetic Longevity. Not hired teachers — the actual leaders.
The Merge
Where it clicks. Watch the science online at your pace. Then apply it immediately in your Master Instructor's live sessions. Every "why" from the doctors is demonstrated by a master the same week.
09. The living curriculum
The science evolves.
So does your degree.

We offer 60+ modular, science-backed electives across longevity, neuroscience, metabolism, performance, psychology, hormones, sleep, aesthetic health and more.

  • Health & longevity science moves faster than any fixed curriculum
  • Your clients expect you to be current, evidence-led and up to date
  • Your path should reflect your identity, interests and practice

13. The outcome
Graduate with authority.

You can explain "why" in everyday words. You can spot red flags before they become injuries. You can adapt protocols when the textbook doesn't fit. You can read a study and know if it's relevant. You can charge premium rates. Because you've earned them.

15. Frequently asked questions
Prerequisites?

None. Start where you are. We're looking for the right fit, not the right résumé.

How long does it take?

12 months standard, self-paced. Most students average 10–15 hours/week. There's an option to extend if needed.

Are there exams?

No. Formation Portfolio replaces traditional exams: recorded classes, teaching practice, applied projects.

Are Master Instructor sessions online or in-person?

Each Master Instructor chooses how to deliver their track — online, offline, or hybrid. Their content, their format. SGS's own content (Foundation, Electives, Business) is online only.

Is there an in-person component?

Optional, by design. Partner studios worldwide host workshops (€150–200 each). Summer master classes and retreats at Otto Wagner Areal in Vienna start in 2027.

Why €12,000?

Master Instructors charge their teacher training fee (€3,500 per track), and SGS adds a €5,000 academic top-up for the Foundation, Portfolio framework, Electives, Business module, mentorship, platform, and credentialing. One fee. Two faculties. Twelve months.

I'm already certified elsewhere. Does that count?

You'll move faster. Everyone completes the Foundation. Recognized partner certifications (e.g. Balanced Body, BASI, Polestar) can fulfill the methodology track requirement.

Can I add more Master Instructor tracks later?

Yes. €3,500 each, post-graduation.

What are the payment options?

PayPal & Klarna monthly (~€1,000/month). Full payment also available.

What exactly is the Formation Portfolio?

Evidence of real practice replaces exams. Three equal parts: documented self-practice, structured peer teaching, and your own teaching concept (positioning, sequencing, signature method, USP).
